Jordan Spieth Continues to Hold one-shot lead at the Masters

Jordan Spieth shot a third-round 73 on Saturday to take one-stroke lead over former LSU golfer Smylie Kaufman into Sunday’s final round of the Masters at famed Augusta National Golf Club.

Spieth, who won the tournament last year, heads into the final round at 3-under par for the tournament. He is the first defending champion to hold the 54-hole lead since 1954.

Bernhard Langer has turned back the clock at age 58 this week, and he is tied for third place with Hideki Matsuyama – two shots behind Spieth.

Rory McIlroy was in Saturday’s final pairing with Spieth, but the Irishman struggled to a 5-over-par 77 in the third round to fall out of the top 10.
