Brooks Koepka has had a busy and productive week.
Koepka, who won the 2023 PGA Championship Sunday — his third win in the tournament — made his way from Oak Hill straight to Sunrise, Florida. Why? He wanted to catch the third game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in 2023 between the Florida Panthers vs. Carolina Hurricanes.
Koepka has been a Panthers fan for a long time. He famously heckled Aaron Ekblad at a recent game with an orange traffic con. Koepka seems to have cooled down a little now that the Panthers are on their surprising underdog run through the playoffs. He’s once again cheering for his favorite NHL team.
It’s no surprise that Koepka was caught by TNT in the middle of an intense moment during the second period.

It will be interesting to see if Koepka can pass on his championship pedigree to the Panthers as they strive for their first Stanley Cup.
