The PGA Championship is taking place at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York. This will be the second major men’s championship of 2023.
Jon Rahm is one of the favorites (+750) to win the tournament. Justin Thomas, the defending champion will be there. The Spaniard is a four-time winner this season, including the Masters Championship in April. This was his second major championship win.
Scottie Scheffler, world no. Scottie Scheffler, ranked No. 2 in the list of betting odds at +700, is on top. Scheffler finished T-10 at Augusta National and tied for 5th at the AT&T Byron Nelson last week.
Rory McIlroy (+140) is at double Scheffler’s odds and is in a funk. The Northern Irishman missed the cut in his last two stroke-play tournaments, at the Players Championship and Masters. He also tied for 47th place at the Wells Fargo Championship.
