Three others were tied for the fourth place behind Taylor. Alexander takes home $915,600, 300 FedExCup point, and Taylor took home $579,600, and 190 FedExCup point, which are both career highs for the pair. Finau’s first line to win at BetMGMGM was a cautious +1800. This tied for third-shortest with Aaron Wise who shared the first round lead with Finau (and Alex Noren), before drifting to finish at T22. Alexander won at +50000; Taylor was +20000. Scottie Scheffler, the opening favorite at +600, was T9, but was never challenged. Sam Burns opened at +1400 with a 7-under score of 77. He then decided not to continue his second round on Saturday morning.
